I streamlined everything—my offers, my operations, my marketing, and my team. I started designing systems that didn’t require me to be in the middle of every decision. I learned how to scale with clarity, not chaos.

And most recently, I figured out how to leverage AI to do the work of five people—without sacrificing my voice or my vision.
